OURS - Message Washi Tape

When designing the "Postal" series of washi tapes, I wanted to stay true to the theme,
so I kept thinking about what kind of things carry a multitude of messages...

Eventually, I settled on flowers.
We often use flowers to convey a wide range of emotions—
gratitude, apologies, congratulations, or even quiet, everyday sentiments.
Since flowers themselves often carry their own symbolic meanings,
I chose them as the motif for this message-bearing washi tape.

With the free-spirited, expressive strokes of oil pastels
paired with casual, handwritten text,
this design—"Message"—came to life.
